Return Policy
If you need to return an item, please initiate the return process within 3 days of receiving your order. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To begin the return process, please send a proof of defect or damage, such as photographs, to hello@crystalsnrocks.com.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your card issuer's policies.
Important: Returns will only be accepted if the product is defective or damaged. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. Certain types of products cannot be returned.
